Sure, some of u guys may think that beauty is only associated with girls. But my committee will not have qualms to prove u wrong with the (soon-to-be announced) top 10 list. The notion that beauty is in the eyes of beholder cant be over-stressed, and to exemplify this conviction, myself and the We-decide-whos-beautiful committee all have omitted ourselves in the list (a few exceptions though, cos they are undeniably worthy of it). For those who aren't featured, pls do not let it affect yr self-image, as many more lists of such nature are in the pipeline (e.g. Most sexy person, Top bachelor, etc), and u are the potential candidates!
What the committee is advocating is a vision that beauty is not only skin deep, but reflected thru one's persona too. Thereby the determinants for this list are: appearance, style, grooming and personality. Yet, the rankings are only for charting purposes and not based on marks!
Now, who are these people? (counting down til math lecture test)

This self-proclaim slacker is along the lines of conventional good-looks: tall, dark, handsome. Slightly awkward in posture and walk, his self-depreciating quality appeals. The epitome of flaws and full-body funk .
No9 ZhiHong
Natural physical gifts and laid-back charm aplenty, the 18-year-old waterpolo hunk is a head-turner. That hair! Those eyes! And – of course – those lips. All together it spells: HOT!
No8 Hanzhe
