So this is wat's going to happen. Details below -
Date - 16 May
Time - After sch, 6pm - 10am
Location - Aranda Country Club (Pasir Ris Drive), Block ROSE, 2nd level, apt no2316
Estimated Expenses
- $10 chalet booking (paid)
- food (dinner, snacks)
- bbq (for Sherwyn & company)
Class peeps who have no cca tmr and are returning home before heading down to class chalet, u can do so by mrt. Nearest train stop is Pasir Ris, and its a 5-10min walk from there (refer to http://www.arandaclub.org.sg/imgs/map_big.gif for location map). Alternatively, u guys can take a bus there from the interchange if u so decide not to walk. Boarding sch girls pls take Mr Wu with u (contact him @ his hp).
Those who have cca or is catching the SHAKE performance will head down to location by cab yeah. Ppl sharing the same cab may want to meet at class bench (just a suggestion). I've grouped ppl tgt to facilitate -
Cab no1 (730pm) - Xinyi, Jon Tay, William, Tian2 [Band peeps]
JJ Dad car (900pm) - HY, Sherwyn, Joojoo, jj, Pharaoh [SHAKE peeps]
Not staying overnight - Xinyi, Shuang2, Donglu, Hanzhe, Lirui
Need to rush off @ 8am - KaiMiang, JJ
While at the chalet, the girls and guys will each a room. We'll dabao food from downtown east (which is just beside, less than 5min walk). Ppl having bbq can prepare their own food. Pls shower upon arrival from sch !! (cant emphasise this pt more)

Shall think up some games to play. Forfeit - being thrown into the pool !! Haha. U guys can dress comfortably, but do bring along a more dressy outfit. We'll catch the sunrise tgt at the seaside in the morning.
